Experience
Proctor received his initial training and experience writing Environmental Impact Statements for the Virginia DOT in Richmond. This valuable experience has given him a strong understanding of historic preservation and landscape design in the roadway environment. Eight years on the Lynchburg Planning Commission gives Proctor an excellent understanding of government operations. By understanding government's commitment to its citizens, Proctor works as a team player and collaborator with municipal staff and other professionals to creat cost-effective and visually pleasing designs. He is proud to commit to projects from initial concept planning through working drawings, specifications, construction administration and execution. Proctor has received numerous awards over his years of professional involvement.
